Sexual Harassment Prevention and Diversity Training
Since 2008, ABC NorCal has turned to Chabot-Las Positas Community College District Workforce Training to provide mandatory Sexual Harassment Prevention training for its apprentices.
The training, provided by qualified HR professionals with deep experience, goes beyond the state minimum requirements by including an additional hour of instruction on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB). Learn more
AC Transit
Instructional Excellence: Train the Trainer.
AC Transit promotes successful technical subject matter experts to become internal trainers. However, they recognized a need to develop their in-classroom and curriculum development skills. Working with a seasoned Workforce Training instructor, AC Transit has offered several sessions of “Instructional Excellence” to their trainers. Results include better prepared instructors and more engaged students.
